Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in good condition and must not be damaged. It must be in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must not be damaged, misused, altered, or excessively worn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Partial Refund Option

If the customer does not wish to return the item at their own expense, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund instead. In that case, the customer may keep the item. Partial refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
